MY PURPOSE. YOUR POTENTIAL.

Helping Young Athletes Build the Mental Strength to Thrive, On and Off the Field.

Long before degrees, certifications, and decades of experience, my journey began with a dream, a pair of ballet shoes, and a deep love for performance.

Today, that dream drives everything I do.

From Ballet Shoes to a Bigger Purpose

As a young dancer, performance became my freedom. It was where I learned discipline, dedication, and the pursuit of excellence. But it was also where I first experienced the invisible challenges that so many young athletes face pressure to perform, difficult coaching environments, body-image struggles, comparison, competition, setbacks, and the constant feeling that my worth was tied to my performance.

Those experiences shaped me in ways I didn’t fully understand until years later.

Talent Alone Isn’t Enough.

Success in sports requires resilience, confidence, emotional control, healthy support systems, and the ability to keep moving forward when things don’t go as planned. That realization became the foundation of my life’s work.

The Journey That Built My Expertise

Today, I combine nearly three decades of experience in human movement, recovery, pain management, and mental performance with advanced education in Sport and Exercise Performance Psychology to help athletes thrive.

My journey has allowed me to see athletic performance from every angle.

As a licensed massage therapist for more than 28 years, I’v worked with athletes and active adults who were recovering from injury, chronic pain, and physical limitations. As an Exercise Science professional, I’ve studied how the body moves, adapts, and performs. Through my graduate work in Sport and Exercise Performance Psychology and my training toward becoming a Certified Mental Performance Consultant (CMPC), I’ve learned that the mind and body cannot be separated.

“Let’s Build Our Athlete’s Mindset Together.”

Whether I’m working one-on-one with an athlete, leading a team workshop, supporting coaches, or educating parents, my goal remains the same:

To help athletes build confidence that isn’t dependent on the scoreboard.

To teach resilience that lasts beyond a single season.

To develop leaders who understand that greatness comes from consistent growth, not perfection.

Because while championships are earned on the field, the mindset that makes them possible is developed long before game day.

At Long Life Therapeutics, I believe every athlete deserves the opportunity to discover what they’re truly capable of, not just as competitors, but as confident, resilient young people prepared for success in sport and in life.

An athlete’s confidence affects movement.

Stress affects recovery.

Fear changes mechanics.

Belief changes performance.

That’s why my coaching goes beyond motivation.

I help young athletes develop practical mental skillsthey can use every day, before competition, after mistakes, during injury recovery and return- to- play,in difficult conversations with coaches, and throughout the inevitable highs and lows of sports.
